FREE Chronic Disease Self-Management Classes

A series of educational classes on Chronic Disease Self-Management will be held July 10th through August 14th on Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 8 PM, in Village Municipal Building of Golf Manor, located at 6450 Wiehe Road.
