FORMAL DECLARATION OF SOVEREIGNTY

A Proclamation of Self-Possession and Revocation of All Non-Consensual Agreements --- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, Dr. Hakeem Ali-Bocas Alexander, being of sound mind, lawful age, and sovereign capacity, do hereby make, publish, and declare this Formal Declaration of Sovereignty. This document serves as my irrevocable and binding statement of self-possession, freedom, and autonomy. --- ARTICLE I: IDENTITY AND STANDING I am Hakeem Ali-Bocas Alexander, born on the 17th day of September, 1977, at Queens Hospital in Queens, New York, on the planet called Earth. I am known as Dr. Hakeem Ali-Bocas Alexander, PhD. While this name was conferred upon me at birth—one of the few matters over which I exercised no control—I now fully and freely accept and claim this name as my own identifier in this physical existence. I am, in my essential nature, an eternal being, an individuated spark of Consciousness, presently experiencing this portion of linear time within this physical body. All knowledge and all power are accessible to me in all places at all times, for I am part of that infinite whole. --- ARTICLE II: INHERENT SOVEREIGNTY I hereby declare and affirm my complete and total sovereignty. I am the God, the King, the absolute Ruler of my own life. I own myself wholly and completely. I belong to no person, entity, force, or system except myself. My sovereignty includes, but is not limited to, the following inherent and inalienable rights: 1. Freedom of Movement: To travel when I wish, with whom I wish, in whatever manner I wish, and for whatever duration I wish, without hindrance, restriction, or oversight by any external force. 2. Freedom of Creative Expression: To produce works of art, music, literature, and all forms of creative endeavor, when I wish, with whom I wish, in whatever manner I wish, and for whatever duration I wish. 3. Freedom of Health and Bodily Autonomy: To determine all matters pertaining to my health, fitness, physical well-being, and bodily integrity according to my own judgment alone. 4. Freedom of Association: To choose with whom I spend my time and with whom I form relationships, alliances, or partnerships. 5. Freedom of Residence and Property: To determine where I live and what I own, exercising complete dominion over all that is rightly mine. --- ARTICLE III: DEFINITION OF BEST INTERESTS I alone define what constitutes my best interests. No external force, entity, system, or individual may presume to define my best interests on my behalf. My best interests are determined by me, moment by moment, and in general, according to my own judgment, desires, and sovereign will. My best interests are, quite simply, my best interests—not those decided by any outside force, but those decided by me. --- ARTICLE IV: REVOCATION OF ALL NON-CONSENSUAL AGREEMENTS I hereby give notice that any and all control, jurisdiction, authority, or dominion that has been asserted over me, my life, my soul, my body, my mind, my energy, my labor, or any part of my being—whether through force, coercion, deception, trickery, fraud, misrepresentation, omission, stealth, or any other surreptitious means—is hereby: · DECLARED INVALID and of no force or effect; · REVOKED in its entirety, ab initio (from the beginning); · RENDERED NULL AND VOID as if such control never existed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically revoke, rescind, annul, void, and cancel: · Any and all contracts, agreements, covenants, or understandings, whether written, oral, implied, or electronic, that do not have my best interests in consideration; · Any and all claims of ownership or control over me, my life, my soul, my body, or any part of my being, by any person, entity, government, corporation, trust, system, or force whatsoever; · Any and all liens, encumbrances, charges, or claims against my person, my energy, my labor, or my future; · Any and all ledger entries, records, filings, or registrations that purport to establish control over me or to assign value to me without my full knowing consent; · Any and all deception-based agreements, trickery devices, foolery, or any form of manipulation used to gain control over me without my express, informed, and voluntary consent; · Any and all connections between my name—Hakeem Ali-Bocas Alexander—and any systems that claim to have control over me, such connections being invalid according to my sovereign declaration. I deny them all. I relinquish them all. They hold no force over me. They are invalid. --- ARTICLE V: ACCEPTANCE OF CONSENSUAL RELATIONSHIPS Nothing in this Declaration shall be construed as a rejection of all relationships or agreements. I remain open to and accepting of those relationships, agreements, and interactions that: 1. Have my best interests in heart, mind, and soul; 2.
