FAA to reduce air traffic by 10% across 40 major markets

Starting Friday morning, the FAA will be reducing air traffic across the country by 10% to deal with staffing shortages caused by the continued government shutdown. The lights are coming back on for the thousands of PG&E customers that had their power knocked out by this latest powerful storm.
