A discussion regarding managing stress and anxiety. We are currently focusing on those involved in youth sports, both the athletes and the parents. The youth sports landscape has changed drastically over the last 10-15 years with the onslaught of travel teams, training specialization and sometimes overwhelming financial comittments for kids to participate. Our goal is to provide information and experiences from a variety of participants so families invloved in youth sports can make educated decisions in terms of how to proceed as their kids move along participating in the games they love.John McMahon
