Experiencing Contrast

Experiencing contrast can invoke inner turmoil when we are not responding from a place of power. It often feels like an attack on our peace and when feeling threatened we automatically retaliate with fight or flight action to regain it. However, as we walk in power, being aware of self/flesh and its tendencies, we begin to understand that these moments and frequently journies through contrast have met us to bring about realizations about ourselves, others, and God (which encompasses life in general, as in how it works). We both literally had brushes with contrast as we were preparing to record this episode. We were able to hold the space for each other to shift back into a place of power where peace resided.
