So this episode was supposed to come out weeks ago, but... Let me stop myself right there! This is the problem; I instantly use an excuse instead of taking ownership of poor planning, time management, etc. This week on the show, I talk about excuses. I break down some reasons why I think we make excuses and talk through some ways to combat that instinct.
