Okay, while this might sound funny or adorable excuses are just fear dressed up in a cuter outfit, legitimately. If we see it like this it makes it a whole lot easier to understand. Whether you're giving excuses to others or to yourself or both (usually) you're not alone.

In this episode, I dive into how to call out your excuses and tackle the fear that's beneath them. Even befriend the fear. Because when we befriend the fear we support ourselves to stop making excuses and start doing what we really want to do.
