Evil Eye (Exposing Racism in The Work Place)

BONUS EPISODE - When we first recorded this episode it honestly was a conversation my team and I were having and Tez told me over and over, you have to publish this! So we added the intro and here it is! We left it as raw and pure as it was recorded so that you can understand the emotions behind this episode. Im sharing REAL LIFE moments where I witnessed and had to stand up for Racism within a work environment. This is a subject that is dismissed A LOT in corporate America; as individuals in positions of power continue to abuse their title and responsibility to the human beings that they call their staff. Choosing to tell this story is standing up for what's right and also exposing what's going SO wrong. It is so easy to say what we would or wouldn't do in a imaginative scenario BUT when the time comes...will you stand on your words or will you cower into the darkness to exemplify yourself from injustice?
