Everyone Says Buy a House... But Should You?

Should you buy a house in 2026? There's merit to renting and buying however, in this day and age I think the idealisation of buying a house as an investment, has lost it's worth. What a lot of people don't see is the interest of the mortgage or the monthly payments that have to be made without exception.
