  • Ep.3 — She Woke Up And Chose Defense
    Jun 11 2021
    • This episode is about Defense Mechanisms. Knowing about it helps us to be self-aware. It also helps in regulating our emotions and reactions to certain situations. Defense mechanisms are universal - triggered as a reaction to anxiety provoking circumstances. We are unaware when we utilize it, but knowing about it can help in managing our behaviors. This episode relied on Sigmund Freud’s theory.
