I liked the length of this podcast. Sometimes it’s nice to have shorter informative podcasts so you can listen to it in one “walk around the lake” instead of having to come back to it 2 or 3 times.

This was a great reminder about the importance of excersice and what we can do now to help us age more gracefully.

I also like it when the information gets broken down to apply to what age you are now. In your 20’s you feel like you have all the time in the world, in your 50’s onwards you ask yourself if it’s “too little too late” so good to know what you can do different to catch up for lost ignorant time.

Thank you for helping me prepare for getting older. ;)
