To me, this is the most essential, core teaching of Eckhart. If I only keep one recording of his, it will be this one. I have listened to a slower, shorter version of the first meditation on YouTube and I’m so happy to find this episode, which is the extended version of that one and more. Thank you thank you thank you. Sound quality could be better but the intrinsic power and value of the teaching shine through no matter what.
