My first guests on the Podcast are Laurie Aman and Sarah Bruno, the creatrixes behind Hello From the Cocoon! I met these two wonderful ladies early on in my journey as a nature connection guide and fell in love with the warm, nurturing and creative atmosphere they create through their live sessions and online offerings. 

It was a beautiful way to connect to them on a deeper level through our conversation which flowed from the origins of Hello from the Cocoon and what they offer to how to live more seasonally and using nature as a mirror to explore our emotional landscapes.
