Jose Rodriguez is the first juvenile in Fort Worth Texas to be charged, adjudicated, and sentence up to 30 year's for Murder at the age of 14. He's a part of a group of children who became the first generation of children in Texas who began to be sentenced under Texas Juvenile Law known as Determinate Sentencing, where a kid can be sentenced up to 40 year's for a felony crime. Jose spent 22 and a half year's incarcerated for the crime he committed
