Caroline Tsai is Chief Legal Officer at FIS. FIS is a financial technology company which provides technology solutions for merchants, banks, and capital markets firms globally. Prior to joining FIS, Caroline was Chief Legal Officer at The Western Union Company. She also held in-house roles at BMO Financial Group and Bank of America. Caroline graduated from American University Washington College of Law and the University of Michigan. Coffee Fun Fact: Caroline’s favorite coffee drink is the coffee her husband makes her every morning when they’re in the same city – he brews coffee which she takes with lots of cream, a shot of caramel syrup and Splenda.
