Episode 8 - Amore St Ives

Amore St Ives is a San Diego-based Yoga Teacher, Training Program Facilitator, & Ayurveda Practitioner. She was my studio manager for a time when I moved back to San Diego in 2015, and she was my lead facilitator for my first 300 yoga teacher training that I began last year. She's an inspiration, mentor, and friend to myself and many, many others in the San Diego yoga community and beyond, and I knew she'd have a lot to discuss about how she came to San Diego, how she found yoga, and how it's shaped her life now.
