Hair curled, house spotless, kids dressed like they’re headed to a Gap photoshoot. And for a second, you wonder… “Am I doing something wrong?”

In this episode, I’m unpacking the comparison trap we accidentally fall into as moms and sharing one of my recent real-life motherhood moments that was definitely not Instagram-worthy—unless avocado-in-the-eyeballs becomes a trend.
