  • In this episode, I've talked about my 'double transformation'. Losing 50 kilograms of weight wasn't the only part of my transformation. I soon developed an eating disorder after losing weight with the fear of gaining back the weight. My bigger transformation happened as I made my way out of the eating disorder. I had a much bigger mindset change and mental transformation, where creating music brought these changes.
