In this episode we are having a special guest with us, Adina Rosenberg,  she is the owner of Prenatal fit - an award-winning yoga in Chicagoland. She is also the owner of  Chicago's #1 parent/sitter facebook community - Adina's Nanny Network in Chicagoland.  As we speak with her, we will learn more about her superpowers, her work at Prenatal Fit and details about her "Mommy & Me" workshops /programs. We will also talk about her journey in building Chicago's largest parent/sitter community and will understand how this community supports each other.
