Before you START planning for the next month, quarter or year... you need to make a FUNDAMENTAL decision.

 

And this decision will ultimately shape the actions you take and determine whether you will get to your goals.

 

Assuming that you want more tremendous success in business and/or practice... expecting a straight path to success is the quickest way to failure.

 

You have to know what to focus on.

 

Not what you want to focus on... but what you NEED to focus on.

 

At any given period (month or quarter), you have to decide on ONE of two things...

 

Are you preparing to SCALE or STABILISE?
