It all gets better. Just focus on one step after the other. One day at a time. Motherhood in the end is a lonely journey. The world moves on and your life as a mum seems to just oscillate within the unseeingly long routines.

We go through loss. We fight wars. But we live on. We learn and grow. And while today may seem dark and hopeless, tomorrow is another day.
