Deborah Turner is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of property experience across public and private sectors. She is National Policy Lead for Women in Enterprise at the Federation of Small Businesses, an Advisory Board Member of the DWP Menopause Group, and Co-Founder of Breakthrough Women, a community celebrating and supporting working women through events and targeted business support. Deborah also runs Deborah Turner Ltd, providing property consultancy to local authorities and small businesses. Her guiding principle, “be the change you want to see”, drives her commitment to practical support and visible role modelling.
