In this episode, we sit down with Bryan Lewis and Morgan Kulessa, the partners behind The Wing Bar in Jersey City. Bryan, originally from Baltimore, and Morgan, from the Jersey Shore, became friends at Seton Hall University — Bryan studied communications, while Morgan majored in history.

After college, their paths took different directions: Morgan worked her way through every position in the restaurant industry, while Bryan built a career in PR and social media. When the opportunity arose to launch a new restaurant concept, they combined their strengths, and The Wing Bar was born.

Now celebrating two years, Bryan and Morgan share the story of how The Wing Bar became more than just a bar with great wings — it grew into a true community. They reflect on their journey, the challenges of building a business from scratch, and how friendship, trust, and a shared vision helped shape their success.
