Every ghost is a memory, every monster is hidden power, and every trick carries the seed of a treat.

Halloween is costumes, candy, and spooky stories — BUT it’s also a mirror for the alchemical process we all go through. Yes, i said it. It's also about alchemy. The archetypes of this season — ghosts, witches, skeletons, monsters, and more — are fun but can also be related to alchemy. They reflect the shadows we carry, the parts of ourselves we fear, and the lessons waiting to be alchemized.

In this playful yet powerful episode, I explore:

The archetypes of Halloween and how they reveal our shadows (ghosts as the past that haunts us, skeletons as the bare bones of truth, monsters as repressed power, witches as intuition, and more).

Haunted houses & Graveyards — how unresolved patterns or grief can feel like hauntings, and how to transform them through awareness. How Graveyards can also mean new beginnings.

Trick or treat alchemy — how life’s challenges and joys both act as teachers, showing us that every trick can hold the seed of a treat.

This episode is a reminder that shadow work doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Sometimes it’s spooky, playful, and magical — and Halloween is the perfect time to remember that your shadows are not curses, but invitations to transformation.
