This week I had the pleasure of interviewing former senior officer Mike West KPM. Mike is a distinguished SIO, spending most of his career as a Detective at various ranks.
Mike is very generous with his time, discussing policing, leadership, his career, investigation standards, life beyond policing and retirement, promotion processes, CPD and much more in this 70 minute interview. He also shares the experience of receiving his King's Police Medal.
