As we continue through Great Lent, the pace of life does not automatically slow down.

• Our schedules remain full.
• Our minds remain noisy.
• Our responsibilities continue.

And yet Scripture gives us a command that feels almost impossible.

Be still.

Today we turn to the Psalms, where stillness is not weakness — but surrender.
