On the flight back to Tennessee, reflecting on the Limitless Arena 2023 Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah. I went with an objective to find a creative financing template, and/or a bank that would finance investment properties with 10% or less down payment (I ended up meeting with an amazing Hedge Fund Manager, who forwarded me a contact that does 0% down financing on investment properties).
