This is part one of our fascinating interview with friend of the podcast, Gina Petrushenko. She is a Gender Equality Consultant with Spicy Brain and Add Gender in Sweden.

We asked Gina to consult on a situation Jenn was in at a previous job and tell us what her advice would have been.
