Really well told historical interviews and rise to fall arcs of some of the world's worst to come to power. The Episode was "Pol Pot: Part 4 - The Killing Fields." There are three other parts, obviously, but the particular response for us was this episode. I encourage you to check out the entire mini series on Pol Pot.
