To listen or not to listen? To tune in or to tune out? Grilled or fried chicken nuggets? Each of us gets to choose. Each of us has the power to shape our reality by the choices we make. Let us choose consciously and wisely so as to empower ourselves and others to grow and thrive, continually listening to the signals coming from our bodies, minds, and spirits. Life is an adventure and an experiment, so let's strap on our goggles, drape on our coats, and step boldly into the Now.
