Meet Brianna Felts, EI, design engineer in our Franklin, TN, office. Brianna began her JMT journey as an intern in Knoxville and transitioned to full-time nearly two years ago.
Her path to civil engineering wasn’t traditional; inspired by the Tacoma Narrows Bridge collapse, the Linn Cove Viaduct, and her stepdad’s career, she discovered her passion for bridge engineering.
Brianna shares the excitement of seeing a bridge rehabilitation project she helped design come to life and how her love of sewing connects to her engineering work through creativity and precision.
