  • Advocating for Inclusivity with DoorDash. In this Podcast, I share my recent experience applying to become a Dasher and the disappointment I faced when my application was denied due to not having a driver's license.
    I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work, regardless of their transportation situation. Many individuals—including those with disabilities, students, or those who simply cannot afford a car or due to financial hardship—are seeking meaningful employment.
    I’m not here to bash DoorDash; instead, I want to spark a constructive conversation about how we can create a more inclusive hiring policy that opens doors for all.
