Dr. Ron Thomson is Professor of Applied Linguistics and TESL at Brock University in Canada. His research interests include the relationship between L2 speech perception and production, second language oral fluency, and the use of technology to promote second language pronunciation learning. He is also the creator of the English Accent Coach , an online perception-oriented pronunciation trainer.
