Episode 4 - Digging in with Peter Salleras

East Feluga tropical fruit farmer Peter Salleras took a different path to his cane farmer forefathers.

In the early eighties he ventured over to Bali and was enticed by the vibrancy and flavour of tropical, exotic fruit.

Thirty-five years on and two severe cyclones later, his family's farm, Fruit Forest Farm, is a thriving botanical arc of tropical and exotic fruit trees.

Peter and his son-in-law Warren are active members of the East Feluga MIP shed meeting grower group, take soil health seriously and are always looking to improve and innovate where they can.
