In this week's Episode 31 of We Are Out of Office, your co-hosts Nikki T and Jayne Allen keep the group chat virtual and delusional as usual, catching you up, bringing food for thought and food for your soul, all with a healthy double dose of laughs.

The ladies are back with the usual segments, but with a supersized Health and Healing this time focused on dating differently. Actually, this episode is just a little different itself because both of the co-hosts decided to share deeply this week--as we all know by now that Nikki T is a card-carrying NicOlandrian. But the cultural moment caused by the couple delivers so much food for thought and has been inspiring a much needed conversation, particularly amongst black women about "dating differently" to get the soft love, soft life, romance that we desire.

Also, this week, like every week, the ladies catch each other up on their life discoveries, what their "algorithm" has shown them, and their thoughts on the cultural happenings that we've all seen and desperately need to unpack. This is a politics-free episode and a safe space for healing, self discovery, and the personal pursuit of radical joy.
