Episode 31- The Normandy French Resistance Monument Project

I sit down with Captain Joseph Ivanov who was in the Marines for 8 years and has been a Green Beret in The Special Forces for the last 17 years. Joey has been going to Normandy for the D Day Anniversaries since 2013. He has jumped in some of the annual parachute drops in some of the past D Day Anniversaries and Mr. Stephen Spears who created the US Navy Memorial which is located on Utah Beach at the Utah Beach Museum and the Dick Winters Leadership Memorial (Band of Brothers) which is also located in Normandy. Joey is doing this project in a partnership with Operation Democracy which is a 501c3 nonprofit, which is located in Locust Valley, NY.
