He travelled across the country with his mother and kids to visit his brother and it hasn’t been the nice, relaxing vacation he expected. He explains the pitfalls of being a parent with mental health obstacles and how certain issues can easily put him in a place of self-isolation, making it hard for him to be the “family guy” that he wants to be.
