She designed and delivered various workshops on difficult conversations for multinational software companies. She has delivered a Leadership Communication Coaching Programme for the senior team leading the construction of the largest Offshore Wind Farm in France.

She co-designed a pilot program and communication strategy to attract investment and partnerships for a startup.

She has a unique professional background in human rights, communication, project management, strategic advocacy, and stakeholder coordination working as a consultant for the United Nations, the European Commission, and the private sector and as a lecturer in law for top European universities including the University of East Anglia and the University of Aberdeen.

She is a former human rights lawyer and she has worked for more than two decades as a human rights lawyer in VUCA scenarios helping people to create trust and collaboration during times of conflict.
