Ste spoke to the trailblazing Mark Scott, the first BAME commentator on Match of the Day, to see how he broke into the sports media industry and how he went from getting his foot in the door to commentating on the most iconic sports TV show in the world.

Mark also discussed the challenges of commentating on unfamiliar teams, how to go about broadcasting solo or with a co-commentator and just how he feels about having to ask tough questions to a manager just moments after a heavy defeat.
