We’re diving into the deep end. Moya and her friend Kit immediately jump into the loaded question “are you happy?” to kick off episode 3. This week, our happiness investigator Lottie speaks to two people who you may be able to relate to. Lottie investigates happiness with her mother and her 11-year-old neighbour Isla. Despite the age gap between the two, the message of friendship being a vessel for happiness is shared. Growing up can sometimes feel like we lose a lot of our happiness to the anxieties that being an adult brings but holding on to the little things that make us happy may be something we all need to try to do.
