Stefan Kermas grew up in Berlin and completed two law exams there at the Humboldt Universitaẗ. Worked in Munich and Kol̈n after the exams but noticed law etc. He became a hockey player at the age of 6 and a hockey coach at the age of 13. Working as 1sr division Head Coach (Bundesliga) in Berlin, Cologne and Munich. In 2007 to 2013 assistant coach men's national team including 2 Olympic victories (2008 and 2012), 2 European champion titles (20011 and 2013), one vice world champion in 2010, and 2 indoor world champion titles (2007 and 2011). From 2013-2013 MD of an agency for hedging promotion risks. In 2017 to 2019 head coach of the national field hockey team men. After a 4th place at the EM 2019 then released from the job (I like to say “for the first time really getting hit on the job”). Reading teams and their dynamics, accompanying and optimizing the interaction of people is my great passion. As a "man of two worlds," he combines his experiences from team sports with the needs in the business context. Appreciating the people in your nature, developing your achievements, and at the same time looking at the "organization" system makes the work so exciting for him. Since 2020 self-employed as an organizational consultant and team developer. There is also an increasing demand for performance coaching, especially for young executives, and he is happy to offer it.
