When the familiar "clutter" of neighborhood noises suddenly vanishes, Agent Sasha realizes a "sonic kleptomaniac" is on the loose. With her high-tech gadgets out of commission, Sasha must rely on her wits to track the silence to the old Hepplewhite Estate. There, she discovers an eccentric collector bottling up everyday sounds as "auditory artifacts". Sasha must find a low-tech way to release the symphony of squeaks and drips before the neighborhood’s harmony is lost forever.
