Episode 25: Carlos Pesina

My guest this week is Carlos Pesina, younger brother of Master Daniel Pesina, who not only played Raiden in the original Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat II as well as Bo' Rai Cho in later MK games, but also managed the motion capture department for Midway and NeatherRealm Studios until his retirement in 2022, making him the ONLY person besides creator Ed Boon involved in every Mortal Kombat game in the franchise!

Carlos designed motion capture studios for both Midway and NeatherRealm, and worked on other Midway and NeatherRealm properties including NHL On Ice Challenge, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, and the Injustice series, giving him the most unique and complete perspective yet on the history of Mortal Kombat and Midway games.
