Amy Packard Checketts grew up Mormon in the San Franscisco Bay Area. She is very passionate about mental health and is currently in grad school getting a masters degree in social work. She believes therapy works and that when people take the time to heal it does not mean they are broken, it means they are brave. She is passionate about research and is currently writing about religious trauma and Mormonism. Married to Travis, Amy considers herself a seeker of spirituality, the contemplation of life and what it means to be happy and whole.
