However, Pip Flippers discovers the cause is a "memory siphon" hidden within their own walls. The agents must embark on a peculiar mission across the frozen tundra to track down a mysterious "mnemo-artist". To recover their stolen moments, the team must work together as living conductors in a delicate race against time.
