Life has a rhythm, a natural flow of beginnings, pauses, endings, and rebirths. But so often, we resist it. We push forward when our soul is whispering rest, or we hesitate when everything inside is urging us to leap.

In this episode, I explore the beautiful dance between movement and stillness, and how tuning into the rhythm of life allows us to step into deeper alignment.

I share my own experiences of what it feels like when the Universe is saying go, when doors open, synchronicities align, and your energy expands. And equally, the times when life calls you to pause, to slow down, listen, heal, and simply be.

This conversation is a reminder that:

• You don’t have to force what isn’t flowing.
• Rest is not weakness, it’s wisdom.
• Forward motion doesn’t always mean doing more.
• Trusting the rhythm of life is trusting yourself.
