Today I am delighted to be joined by Mark, Cormac and Iphigenia of the LA Hardcore band Gylt!
The primary focus of this episode will be the band's latest release, 'In 1,000 Agonies, I exist', an incredible, chaotic, pummeling EP that has be stuck in my head from the very moment I first listened to it.
We'll also be chatting about the how the band began, settling what the band's name actually means, Hardcore in the world now and the Gwar documentary. We'll be go over the record process for the EP, the themes it explores, the cover art and what inspired the music.
Was an enormous pleasure having this band on, have had their EPs on repeat since discovering them and discovered even more incredible bands through their recommendations.
