How can coaching transform the way we learn at work? In this episode, co-hosts Rebecca and Diane dive into the power of using a coaching approach in the training room, exploring how it can make learning more personal, impactful, and lasting. They’re joined by Tim English, founder of GBB Coaching & Consultancy, who shares his journey from enforcement roles to building a training agency focused on unlocking people’s strengths through coaching.

Together, they explore how coaching isn’t just for executives or struggling employees; it’s a practical way to help people take ownership of their growth at every level.
