Interestingly, Nicola is not French and she hasn’t always worked in wine. After living in New Zealand as a qualified doctor, Nicola and her family took over Nicola’s parent’s winery, Chateau du Seuil in 2001. Nicola and her husband are now involved of every aspect of the winery. Today Nicola tells us about all the challenges involved in moving her family to France and taking over the winery, how she found converting to organic farming, and her experience working in such a historic wine region.
