Soraya Vivian & Shaun Banger Scott have teamed up together again for a brand new podcast ‘Let’s Get Kettle On’.

Every episode features a special guest who will join them over a cup of tea and biscuits to share memories past and present, of favourite meals and songs.

Following their weekly radio show on GlitterBeam Radio, this podcast emerged as a natural progression for Soraya and Shaun. Blending Soraya’s Northern wit and conversational style with Scott’s impressive musical expertise (who else can claim they have knowledge of every single record to hit the top 100 from 1952 to present day?!) together they deliver a podcast that feels inviting, relatable, and consistently surprising.

Host Soraya comments: “There’s not enough interaction anymore. I just want to have a cup of tea and a natter with everyone!” Shaun adds: “Soraya is the biscuits, love of food and the talking….I am the music one…there’s nothing more interesting than other people’s love of music and why they choose the music that they do. Music is able to transport us in seconds to a memory”.

Soraya and Shaun are joined by a legend from Albert Square, the incredible Cheryl Fergison, who played Heather Trott for almost 5 years in the British soap Eastenders. We delve into Cheryl’s music and food favourites over a brew and a biscuit.
